The Custodial-Grounds Complex is located at the northeast corner of Sycamore Avenue and Bearkat Boulevard. The Custodial/Grounds Services department maintains the buildings and grounds, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation and providing landscape maintenance services, and has utilized the following buildings at this site:

• Custodial & Grounds Building
• Grounds Greenhouse #1
• Grounds Greenhouse #2
• Grounds Storage Building
