About

Parkhill House was a two-story student residence located at the southeastern corner of Avenue J and 20th Street.

Residence Life classified this small house as being part of "The Valley."

The history of this residence is somewhat non-descript as it is one of only a few small houses not used for university offices or a fraternity or sorority since its construction.
