Building Three at Sam South is located at the south-eastern edge of the complex property and contains the following offices:

  • Texas Research Institute for Environmental Studies (TRIES) Environmental Laboratory

This building previously contained the following offices:

  • Computer Services
    • The University Computer Services (UCS) Systems Department manages the server and networking infrastructure. Offices were relocated to AB1 in spring 2009.
  • Facilities Storage
    • Residence Life maintenance and storage facilities were relocated to a separate building in 2010.
