Batting cages were located on the west side of the buiding. The storage building and the outdoor batting practice area. With the softball team practicing elsewhere, the storage building was eventually removed.

The LadyKat Softball Locker was a one-story building located southwest of main campus on the west side of Avenue M between the Agriculture Center and Holleman Field. It was directly southwest of LadyKat Field.

The structure was built as a replacement pistol/rifle range building for the indoor range that had been located adjacent to Holleman Field.

In the early 2000s it was repurposed as the softball locker building and was used as such until the new practice facility was constructed in 2005 beside the Bearkat Softball Complex, located in the athletics complex east of main campus.

What role this building played following the 2005 softball season is unknown. It was razed around 2013.
