Three East

Timeline 1960 Constructed The houses of Three East were some of the first residences built east of Avenue I. A map from the late-1960s indicates that 20th Street originally ran north of the buildings (in front of Randel House). An aerial photograph of the three small houses that make up "Three East."

"Three East" was a (seemingly-unofficial) designation used by the Department of Residence Life for the three small houses southeast of campus at the northeast corner of Avenue I and 20th Street, consisting of:

• Randel House
• Spivey House
• Vick House
