About

Hathorn House was a two-story student residence-turned-office building located south of 21st Street along the east side of Avenue I.

Residence Life classified this small house as a part of the "Four South". The house was identified as one of the Men's Cooperative Homes when its honorary name was approved by the Board of Regents [1].

The house was last used as student housing during the 1997-98 school year. The Department of Residence Life later used the building as offices for the Residence Halls Association (RHA) until 2001, when the Board of Regents approved its demolition because of foundation settling and damage.

Raven Village was completed on the site in 2006.
